288 Vin Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know

👤 1. Eligibility

To register and use 288 Vin you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288 Vin is strictly an 18+ platform and we do not allow minors to register, deposit or participate in any gaming or betting activity under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual in a personal capacity — not on behalf of a company, organisation or any third party.

🔐 2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 288 Vin. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending review.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. 288 Vin will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
• Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 288 Vin support immediately. We will assist in securing your account, but we cannot reverse transactions that were completed before we were notified.
• Your registered name must match the name on the payment methods you use to deposit and withdraw. Mismatched names may result in withdrawal delays or rejected requests pending verification.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. 288 Vin may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any large withdrawal.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 288 Vin does not offer a bet cancellation service after a bet has been placed and accepted, except in circumstances where a market is voided due to a postponed or abandoned event.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet — not the odds at the time you began building your bet slip.
• In the event of a postponed, cancelled or abandoned sporting event, 288 Vin reserves the right to void bets on affected markets. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as stake refunds.
• Live in-play betting markets are settled based on confirmed official results. In the case of data errors during live betting, 288 Vin reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were affected by the error.
• Maximum payout limits apply across all sports markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant market section of the platform. Bets that exceed the maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum limit regardless of the stated odds.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for a payout. If any single selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator odds are recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers or wagering requirements in a way that creates guaranteed profits at the platform's expense (bonus abuse or arbitrage).
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or 288 Vin staff through any communication channel.

🔒 8. Account Suspension & Closure

288 Vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time. Reasons may include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspicious activity that raises concerns under anti-fraud or anti-money laundering procedures.
• A player's voluntary request to self-exclude through 288 Vin's responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account balance will be held until the investigation is complete. Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, 288 Vin reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where no breach is confirmed, accessible funds will be returned to the player.
